AAF Panama City Announces New Board Leadership

Kristi Kirkland of Answer Marketing Elected President, Chuck Giambra or Comcast Spotlight Elected Vice President

Panama City, Florida (June 25th, 2015)—The American Advertising Federation (AAF) PC Branch today announced its new Board leadership, elected at its annual dinner on June 25th who will serve during the 2015-2016 year, beginning July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016: Kristi Kirkland, President of Answer Marketing, a business acceleration firm, is the new President of the Panama City AAF branch; Chuck Giambra, Senior Account Executive, Comcast Spotlight, is the new Vice President of the AAF Panama City; Kristina Williams, Director of Marketing at Eye Center of NW Florida, will be engaged as Secretary; and Jason Newman, Comcast Spotlight, will cover the role as Treasurer.

“I’m very excited about taking on this new venture as the 2015/16 President of the local Panama City American Advertising Federation chapter during such a dynamic time in its over 100-year history as a nationwide club.  It is not just in the AAF organization but in our own community we are seeing a period of unprecedented change, evolving leadership roles, and rapid changes in the arena of communication. The AAF’s primary focus of protecting and promoting the well-being of advertising makes being a part of this club something every business should be considering as well as being a daily adventure for its members,” said Kirkland.

“The American Advertising Federation brings together the current and future leaders of business, from corporate marketers and marketing agencies to media companies and beyond, and we look forward to working together with our community leaders to drive innovation and growth for all industries,” said Giambra.

The local AAF chapter meets monthly on the third Thursday from 11:30-1pm at the FSU Auditorium building.  They invite Bay and surrounding counties to visit, explore and interact with their members to see what all values they can gain from joining this growing group of professionals.
